Joinii reads data from Apple Health. Make sure read access is enabled in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Joinii. Workouts must first be recorded in Apple Health (e.g. via Apple Watch or another fitness app).
Only routes with a stored GPS track can be shown. Indoor workouts usually have no route.
Joinii shows only what was actually measured. Apple Watch records heart rate, calories, and GPS data for outdoor activities; it measures running power natively, but cycling power and cadence only with a paired Bluetooth sensor. Metrics like heart rate variability, oxygen saturation, or respiratory rate aren't measured during workouts at all — which is why you won't find them in the app.
They follow your Apple Health settings — kilometres vs. miles as well as glucose units (mmol/L vs. mg/dL). Change them in Health → Profile → Units.
It was probably recorded by two devices or apps at once (e.g. Apple Watch and Strava on your phone). Each workout card shows its source — select only one version, otherwise the values would be counted twice.
Open iOS Settings → Joinii and turn on "Track cycle". Joinii will request access to the relevant Apple Health data on its next launch.
Open the purchase screen and tap Restore in the top right — the purchase is restored from your Apple account. This also works after reinstalling or on a new device with the same Apple ID.
No. All data stays on your device. Joinii sends nothing to any server or third party. See our privacy policy.
